Me Too! The B1000 is not being recognized even when connected to the R2500.

I connected the B1000 to the R2500, but the capacity expansion icon doesn't appear, the R2500 doesn't charge the B1000, and the B1000 automatically powers off after about two minutes even though it isn't fully charged. It is riddled with defects.
Do the R2500 or B1000 models intended for use in Japan have some sort of unusual mechanism?

R2500と接続しても全く使えません！

容量拡張しようと思いB1000を購入して付属のケーブルで接続しましたが、
容量拡張マークが2台とも点灯しない、B1000に充電されない、途中でB1000が勝手に電源オフする、全く使い物になりません。
R1500と繋げば動くのになぜR2500で動かないのでしょうか。使えるようにソフトアップデートしてください。
